Welcome to the unforgettable French Country Chateau Reiki Retreat at the historic Chateau de Sibra, hosted by Alpine Co-Working GmbH, located at Obere Zäune 19, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.
As you prepare for a life-changing journey with us, we kindly ask you to read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Personal Information: To confirm your booking, your booking page will ask you to please provide your full name, dietary requirements, and any pre-existing health conditions via the form online.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: Our payment schedule is as follows:
50% of the ticket price is due 90 days before the event (June 14, 2024).
Full balance is due 14 days before the event (August 29, 2024).
In case of cancellation, please note the following:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations between June 15 and August 29 result in a 50% fee.
Cancellations from August 30 onwards result in a 100% fee.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
Late Payment: Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation, retaining the deposit.
Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel the Retreat, we'll offer a full refund or adequate compensation. However, we're not responsible for incidental expenses incurred due to booking.
Inclusions: Your package includes all accommodation, activities, meals, and house beverages as listed on our website under Château Retreat Experience
Exclusions: Your package does not include flights, visa and passport fees, travel and medical insurance, or personal expenses.
Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter the schedule, if necessary.
Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory, covering at least US$200,000 for cancellation, accident, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation.
Behavior: We anticipate respectful behavior between all attendees, staff, and the Château. Consumption of drugs or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Safety: The Château's vintage charm requires careful handling of elements like candles. Also, the natural, surrounding parklands demand closed shoes for safety.
Accommodation: Rooms may be shared, with detailed descriptions available on our website under the Rooms link
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to your belongings.
Photography: You may capture memories for personal use only. However, sharing them for any use, including on social media platforms is discouraged for the privacy of others.
Errors & Omissions: We strive for accuracy in our schedules and itineraries but cannot be held responsible for any unintentional mistakes.
Acceptance of Risk: You're entering the Château at your own risk, and we're not liable for any personal injury or loss suffered.
Breach of Terms: Breaching these terms may result in expulsion from the Retreat with no refund or liability on our part.
Indemnity: By accepting these terms, you indemnify us against any claims or damages arising from a breach on your part.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
By confirming your participation, you acknowledge understanding and accepting these terms, waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives may have against the Retreat.
